Our Mission
ExpandED Schools created the Educator Career Pathways initiative to improve the quality of youth experiences, in and out of school, by developing aspiring and in-service educators' skills. The initiative addresses equity issues associated with access to teacher preparation programs and certifications, especially for aspiring teacher of color. Our goal is for participants to experience acceleration toward full-time, living-wage careers in education and youth development.
